Cancellation Policy

Please reschedule any appointments up to 12hrs online prior to scheduled appointment time. All bookings changed inside 12 hours will not be refunded and must be rebooked online. All changes more than 12 hours prior to scheduled appointment time may be rescheduled or canceled with no fees.
