Our financial policies:

-
Insurance Billing & Financial Responsibility
-
As a courtesy, our office will submit claims to your medical and insurance providers on your behalf.
-
Due to the variability of insurance reimbursement, coverage is not guaranteed. Patients are responsible for any portion not covered by their insurance.
-
All services rendered will be billed at our standard office rates unless an in-network insurance contract states otherwise.
-
-
Non-Covered Services
-
Services that are not covered by your insurance will be the patient’s financial responsibility and must be paid in full at the time of service.
-
-
Payment & Outstanding Balances
-
Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless a pre-approved financing plan is in place.
-
Patients have 30 days from the date of service to clear any outstanding balance.
-
A courtesy text and phone call will be made to notify patients of any unpaid balances.
-
-
Insurance Payments & Refunds
-
If an insurance payment is sent to our office instead of the patient, we will process a refund within 3-5 business days via a mailed check.
